Prime Bank has introduced eKYC platform ‘PRIMEPLUS’, a real-time account opening solution, which allows the customers to open account without visiting any banking premises in fast & secured manner.

To open account through ‘PRIMEPLUS’, the customers need to visit Prime Bank website or click on https://primeplus.primebank.com.bd/ and follow few steps. The account opening process is very easy, quick and will take a few minutes only. There is no need to fill up any printed account opening form. A customer needs to have NID in order to open account using PRIMEPLUS.

PRIMEPLUS works on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) based identity verification with auto de-duplication checking and sanction screening. The customers will get account number instantly and enjoy internet banking access. Customer also can place debit card and cheque book request digitally. PRIMEPLUS platform has been launched in line with eKYC guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
